Welcome to Donald's Studio exhibition! The nine paintings shown are from Donald's private collection and they represent the first time in over a decade that Zolan originals have been available for sale to the public. Private studio shows are held every several years by invitation only.

Phillip Callard of Callard of London Galleries used these words to describe Donald's work, "We are struck by the life and warmth in Zolan's paintings. The flesh tones are so real you feel you want to touch them and his people are very much alive. His paintings explode with love of life, and this is the source of their universal appeal."

Donald uses only the best materials in creating his originals from the finest belgium linen hand- stretched canvas to his oil paints. You'd expect no less from an artist who studied at the leading academies in Chicago, New York and Europe. Today, Donald continues to incorporate the traditional old masters procedures in every painting.
